We’ve worked with one of the largest and oldest tax preparation firms in the country. On a local level, we’ve helped franchise owners of this firm develop an annual strategy to boost their sales. In a particularly difficult period for this industry where competition has been driven by websites and social media, we were able to impress upon the audience the need for face to face preparation and expertise. While all industries are not the same,  there are similarities from one industry to the other that can help us utilize that experience to help grow the business and minimize the competition.
